Tacos and Tequila is a yearly event in downtown Orlando to celebrate some of the best tacos in Central Florida. In 2018 and 2021, El Patron was awarded Best Tacos at this event.
Norberto Herrera, our Head Chef, received an Honorable Mention and is recognized by the Mexican Consulate for his efforts in crafting Mexican cuisine.
In 2019, our homemade guacamole won Best Guac at the 5th Annual Mexican Food Festival of Orlando.
In 2021, Orlando Weekly recognized El Patron as one of the top Taco Tuesday experiences in Central Florida.
Food was great!! The atmosphere of the restaurant was very warm and welcoming. Carolina our server was very friendly and on top of our order. Will definitely come back again and try the lunch buffet. Great atmosphere and food-everything made fresh to order.
