Traditionally served using corn tortillas and our delicious Mole Oaxaqueño. This is the name used for authentic sauces originating in Mexico. We've taken a traditional sauces and modernized it with our own spin. Our sauce is an in-house creation, hand-crafted with more than 20 ingredients including Chile Chihuacle, Pasilla & Morita , Cacahuate, aromatics spices and last but certainly not least, our secret ingredient…Chocolate! This sauce with it’s uniquely designed ingredients lists, makes these enchiladas something you must check off your bucket list. Finally, they are garnished with queso fresco, Mexican crema and white onions. They are served alongside a bed of herb-infused white rice and black beans.

BLOOD ORANGE MARGARITAS

These margaritas are derived from the delicious Blood Orange. Mostly found in Mediterranean countries and particularly Southern Italy, these oranges are considered to be the finest desert oranges in the world. The margarita is carefully prepared using juices from the blood orange, lime juices, Cointreau and silver tequila. It's served chilled on the rocks or frozen and makes a perfect pair to Mole Enchiladas.
